Fourth KBMF EKG Machine for Young Hearts 4 Life

KBMF was again a sponsor at Midwest Heart Foundation's 'Heart to Heart' fundraiser on October 27th. Money from the event is raised for Young Hearts 4 Life (YH4L), a program that tests high school students for heart conditions. Thanks to your donations, KBMF was able to purchase a fourth portable EKG machine.
Midwest Heart's YH4L has screened over 65,000 students since the program began in 2006.

KBMF On The Road

Our first out of state fundraiser occurred just this past week. A bean bag tournament was held on Saturday November 12th in Roanoke Rapids, NC with all proceeds going to KBMF. Elizabeth, Nicholas and Kathryn's cousin, Alex, were able to attend on behalf of KBMF to help work the event and spread the word of sudden death. A big thank you goes out to Lonnie Harris and Lake Country Cornhole for organizing and running the event.
