A New Season of Service

All of our ECG machines will go to good use this year! With more than a dozen area high schools already committed to host a Young Hearts for Life Cardiac Screening Program during the 2012-13 school year, Midwest Heart Foundation is on track to achieve an unprecedented goal. By the end of May, they will perform their 100,000 student ECG! KBMF works with Young Hearts for Life in their mission to save lives. We can't wait to start the year!

This program is all run by volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering or getting the schedule of dates for the schools, please contact the YH4L program director Johneen Davis at

Get Ready to Toss some Bags!

Last November we were able to hold a bags tournament fundraiser in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Thanks to Lonnie Harris and Lake Country Cornhole we are hoping to have one right here in Illinois this coming Spring! Once details are finalized we will send out a flyer with registration information as well as post information on our website and Facebook page.
